Carers' Information & SupportCISS
Service (CISS)

Are you a carer?  The CISS service provides practical advice and information for unpaid carers in Hull and can put you in touch with other carers and offer groups, training and events so you and your family don’t feel isolated.  The service can also help you through the health and social care system and help you get the help you’re entitled to.  CISS also provide an Expert Patients Programme (EPP) which is a free self-management 6 week course for people who have long term health conditions
