Grant helps dads get back to nature

Breathe more easily on World COPD Day
City Health Care Partnership CIC’s Stop Smoking service will be working with doctors and nurses from Hull Royal Infirmary on 16 November, World COPD Day, to raise awareness of the effect smoking can have on people with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and giving advice to patients and staff on how they can quit.

Humber, Coast and Vale Sustainability and Transformation Plan (STP)
Guidance published by NHS England in December 2015 asked every health and care system to come together to create their own ambitious local blueprint for accelerating the implementation of the Five Year Forward View. These blueprints, known as Sustainability and Transformation Plans (STPs), set a clear vision for how the challenges presented in the Five Year Forward View will be met at a local level by 2020/21.
