Community Support Hubs
Hull
Launched by Hull City Council in partnership with the voluntary sector to support vulnerable residents impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The helpline has been set up to provide support to those individuals who may have no other support - in the following areas:
- food
- fuel
- housing
- money
- payment of bills
- collection of medication
The helpline is available seven days a week from 9am to 5pm.

East Riding Of Yorkshire Council Community Response Hub
East Riding of Yorkshire Council in partnership with HEY Smile Foundation has created a community response hub to connect the most vulnerable people from the East Riding with those who can provide advice and support such as:
- Picking up medication
- Picking up shopping
- Telephone befriending for those who feel isolated/lonely
Telephone helpline - 01482 393919 is operational 9am-9pm Monday to Friday, and 9am-6pm on weekends.
