City Health Care Partnership CIC Annual Patient Experience survey results
City Health Care Partnership CIC conducted our ninth annual patient experience survey in 2018/19.
Service users were asked to take part in a short questionnaire on how they felt they were treated during the treatment/visit, the overall quality of the service received and suggestions for improvement.
The survey was conducted by SMSR Ltd on behalf of City Health Care Partnership, either on the phone or face-to-face. SMSR Ltd are fully compliant with data protection, MRS code of conduct and NHS guidance.
The results from the most recent survey are below. They show that most people were happy with the services they received from CHCP CIC; where people raised concerns or expressed dissatisfaction, we will be taking steps to improve.
