About Us

We provide a wide range of high quality, safe health and care services in Hull, the East Riding of Yorkshire, Knowsley, Wigan and St Helens. We are a co-owned 'for better profit' organisation, investing profits into our services, colleagues and the communities we work in.

We provide over 50 diverse services in community settings, from health visiting to palliative care, school nursing to stroke services and many more. We employ over 2000 people.

Through our charity, City Health Care Partnership Foundation, we give extra support to the communities we work in by offering small grants to voluntary and community groups who are helping to improve local health and wellbeing.

Our recent Social Return on Investment audit showed a return of £38 for every £1 spent and our Friends and Family Test results show that around 94% of all respondents would recommend our services.

City Health Care Partnership CIC (CHCP CIC), previously NHS Hull provider services, officially formed on 1 June 2010 as an independent health services provider separate to the commissioning organisation, NHS Hull. We work as part of the NHS family in a similar way to GPs, dentists and pharmacies.
