CHCP publishes 24-25 annual report

City Health Care Partnership CIC's annual report for 2024-25 celebrates the innovations and achievements of teams, services and individuals across the company. 95% of people who filled in a Friends and Family Test said their overall experience was very good; 97% of respondents to our patient survey said they were treated with care and respect. 

The report highlights areas where new ways of working are offering improved services for patients, such as cardiac rehabilitation and pain management. It also showcases the company's annual accounts and how money is spent across the organisation. 

With over 2,000,000 patient contacts over the year, in clinics, bedded units and people's homes, CHCP is busier than ever but continues to grow and flourish. Our annual report gives a snapshot of the compassionate, expert care we are proud to provide to people in Hull, the East Riding and Merseyside.
