Let’s Talk about stress
Feeling stressed or anxious? Help is at hand in the shape of a new free service. Let’s Talk stress control groups, run by City Health Care Partnership CIC, are open to anyone aged 18 or over who feels they are suffering with stress or other common problems like depression or anxiety.
