A wellbeing event is being held at Woodford Leisure Centre on Wednesday 25th April 2012, 10am to 4pm showcasing the variety of health and wellbeing activities and services available to people who experience Severe Mental Illness, Learning Disabilities, Dementia and/or Autism in the area.

Local Nurseries Helping Parents to Quit Smoking
Local children’s nurseries have teamed up with the Hull and East Riding Stop Smoking Service to help parents become smoke free. Second hand smoke contains over 4,000 toxic chemicals which are obviously harmful, but think of the damage they cause young children as their bodies continue to develop.\r\n
