Bee at Home Care

Bee at Home is a short term community-based service for adults in Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire who need support at home.

We help people who have been discharged from hospital but still need some support during their recovery. We also support in preventing hospital admissions, end of life care and respite support visits for carers.

Our services

Depending on your care plan, we can help with:

Personal care (washing and dressing)
Continence management
Nutrition and hydration
Medication (in some cases)
Mobility
Reablement/rehabilitation goals

Referrals

You must be referred into the service by a health or social care professional.
