Hull 2020: working together for a better future

City Health Care Partnership CIC (CHCP CIC) is all about people, working together, to provide quality care. As a 'partnership' we work with different groups of people, communities and organisations.

Partnership working is all about communities working together and is a cornerstone for CHCP CIC to provide the most effective and efficient health and well being services.

We work in partnership via a number of different mechanisms; these are not limited to, but include:

Working in contractual partnership - We currently have a number of contracts where partners support us to deliver our health services.

Community Partnership Forum

Our Community Partnership Forum is made up of external community and voluntary organisations, allowing CHCP CIC to have external input into our approach to delivering services and operating as a community interest company. We currently have representation on the forum from:

Representation at board level on partnership organisations - As a large Social Enterprise it is important that we share our skills with other social enterprises within the city, the sub region and regionally thus establishing links and developing ongoing relationships. Transform Research Alliance

The Transform Research Alliance, of which CHCP CIC is a trustee, helps support existing research activity, development of new areas of activity and the delivery of high level objectives, whilst ensuring that research is managed effectively and delivered to the highest standards.
