Small Grants

The aim of the CHCP Foundation small grants programme is to support local voluntary and community organisations and/or other not-for-profit organisations to contribute towards health and wellbeing.

The Small Grants Programme is currently paused while the Foundation reviews its future funding arrangements. As a result, we are not accepting new applications at this time.
