Wellbeing Service

About Us

The Wellbeing Service aims to address the physical health inequalities which are experienced by people with a learning disability by raising awareness of these issues, reducing the stigma surrounding them and increasing levels of social inclusion.

The Wellbeing Service works in partnership with primary and secondary healthcare services, voluntary organisations and health promotion teams in order to promote annual health checks for people who have learning disabilities in Hull.

Please use the tabs to the left of the page to access a range of resources. These have been split into different areas to make finding the right information easier.
