City Health Care Partnership’s Macmillan Practice Development Nurse Specialist Bev Clark has been named winner of the Educator of the Year title at this year’s prestigious International Journal of Palliative Nursing (IJPN) Awards.

The Carers Information and Support Service (CISS) are taking to the road in order to raise awareness of dementia, particularly with family and friends of those affected. CISS will be offering information on what support is available, what you can do if you are concerned around memory loss and how to seek a diagnosis.
