Dying matters to all of us
City Health Care Partnership CIC’s (CHCP CIC) health and carer services are on the road in Hull to support Dying Matters Week 2015 (18-24 May). The annual awareness week is organised by Dying Matters, a coalition of 30,000 members across England and Wales which includes CHCP CIC and aims to help people talk more openly about dying, death and bereavement, and to make plans for the end of life.
