Our Treatment Room service provides nursing care in community clinics for people who live in Hull or the East Riding.

The service is available Monday - Friday, 8am - 8pm (excluding bank holidays)

Clinic opening times vary at each location.

Weekends, Bank Holidays and overnights are covered by the Community Nursing and Out of Hours Nursing teams.

Referrals can be made by your GP or other health professional.

You can self-refer into the service by giving us a call.

If you have previously received palliative care from us and need further support, you can self-refer back into the service at any time.
