Best Hope

Best Hope was established in June 2010 to bridge the gap in the community by attending to the needs of socially, economically and financially marginalized people in our community. They encourage and promote social cohesion, community integration and equal access to services so that diversity community groups can benefit.

Best Hope’s program identifies with the local priorities and support positive changes in people’s lives and in their community. They have track records and experience of delivering both locally and nationally funded projects all of which have major impact in the life of people in our immediate community.

Best Hope emerges as part of our community and they pride themselves to making the local community a peaceful, proud place to live, to work and to invest in. They also engage with older homeless people to tackle the problem of social isolation and feeling of loneliness by engaging them in meaningful activities that will brighten their lives.

Best Hope was awarded a grant by the CHCP Foundation in September 2014 to enable them to deliver a collaborative network of healthier activities for elderly people to benefit.
