Southcoates Community Group

Southcoates Community Group provides families, in the local area, easy access to activities and events. The group invites parents to their weekly coffee mornings and discuss funding projects.

The group runs family days out during the school holidays and promotes these as a low cost. Therefore, families are able to enjoy days out together without having to worry.

The grant provided will enable Southcoates Community Group to run an after school session for 120 children. The session will be one hour per week for children aged 8 to 11 years and the sessions will include parachute games and drama clubs. This will promote the children’s wellbeing and allow them to make new friends.
