Excellent. My stroke was "mild". The team visited but did not over impose themselves. All team members were knowledgeable and provided good advice as necessary. Members were always on time & respectful.

My contact with all members of the stroke team was very good. All members of the team were helpful, reassuring and encouraging. Appointments were kept and advice was constructive. I was very grateful for all their help, the amendments made to our house - grab rails etc. made a big difference. Thank you.
