We promote eating disorder recovery and offer support and treatment to those aged 18 or over with a Hull GP.

The Evolve Eating Disorder Service is made up of three main elements:

FREED

A rapid response service for 18-25 year olds who have been living with an eating disorder for less than 3 years.

If you are currently being treated within the mental health services, talk to your care co-ordinator and they can support you to refer yourself or they can make a referral for you.

How to access the service:

Referring yourself, a friend or family member: You can refer online by clicking here.

You can also be referred into the service by a health professional.

If you don't have an NHS or SystmOnline log-in, you can just click on the self-referral option, underneath the Medical Request heading.

Opening times:

Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm (reception open: 9am - 5pm)
