We promote eating disorder recovery and offer support and treatment to those aged 18 or over with a Hull GP.

If you are 18 or over and are registered with a Hull GP, there are a number of ways you can be referred to Evolve:
- You can now refer yourself, someone else, or a patient (if you are a health professional) online by clicking here
- If you are unable to refer online, you can call 01482 247111 and select the Evolve option (option 3, followed by option 4)
- Text EVOLVE to 61825
- Speak to your GP, so they can refer you into the service.
If you are currently being treated within the mental health services, talk to your care co-ordinator and they can support you to refer yourself or they can make a referral for you.
If you are under 18 please discuss your needs with your GP or the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS).
If you are in crisis and feel you need immediate support please contact 0800 138 0990 for the Mental Health Advice and Support Line 24/7.
If you are currently under the care of Evolve and have a general enquiry, please call 01482 344083. We aim to respond to general enquiries about our service within three working days.

If so please join our Evolve Service User Experience Group and find out more about how you can get involved in improving services for people with eating disorders in Hull.
We need you, for your experience, interest and knowledge to:
- Give ideas and suggestions on how our service could be improved
- Share ‘good practice’ and what we do well
- Help the service to plan and make decisions about the treatment it provides
- Bring an independent user perspective to the design, improvement and delivery of the service.
