The Evolve Eating Disorder Service is made up of three main elements:

T1DE

This pilot service provides support if you have type 1 diabetes and an eating disorder, bringing together specialist support under one team.

FREED

A rapid response service for 18-25 year olds who have been living with an eating disorder for less than 3 years.

If you are currently being treated within the mental health services, talk to your care co-ordinator and they can support you to refer yourself or they can make a referral for you.
