The central and peripheral line service is for people who meet the following criteria:
- Be over 18 years old
- Have a Hull or East Riding GP OR live in the Hull and East Riding area and be willing to register with a Hull or East Riding GP
- Have all the equipment needed to deliver your care prior to your appointment or home visit.
